I don't think this new dress code is very fair. The shopkeepers won't let me inside unless I'm wearing my White Mage outfit because it covers everything, even my head! Has everyone else had this much trouble with it?

I wonder if we could make our own stores to stop this.

Having our own stores is a good start, I think...but keep in mind, the majority of import into the city is done by the natives. They may not want to do business with you.
